Cultivating organizational intelligence

Cultivating organizational intelligence

Brain Change at Work is a workplace program cultivating team coherence through two foundational pillars: on-site meditation practices and relational dialogue.

Designed to take place within the organization’s own workspace, this program meets teams where they are—literally and relationally—making transformation part of the actual environment where work happens.

Program pillars

Program pillars

This program is built on 2 foundational pillars—meditation practices and relational dialogue—to foster inner clarity, collective presence, and the deep intelligence that arises when teams grow in coherence.

Through various guided meditation practices that cultivate focus, calm, and emotional regulation, participants develop an observer mind: the capacity to see thought, behavior, and reaction without distortion.

The clarity developed through these practices becomes the ground for the second pillar: relational dialogue. Teams learn to bring this heightened awareness into their everyday interactions, unlocking new levels of trust, coherence, and shared insight.

"Rajiv’s meditation workshop is exceptional. He guided us through simple, yet effective steps that are easy to follow. His teaching is a true gift to those who have the opportunity to meet and learn with him. I came away with useful information and techniques to start the practice, and an insightful experience."

Program benefits

Program benefits

When practiced collectively, meditation and relational dialogue can cultivate a deeper sense of coherence within organizations, teams, and individuals.

Improves communication and connection. Relational dialogue rooted in awareness brings depth to communication—reducing conflict, enhancing understanding, and fostering true collaboration.

Enhances alignment across teams. When individuals and teams develop a shared attentiveness, organizational direction becomes more unified and less effortful.

Greater clarity and focus. Cultivate the ability to observe thoughts and reactions without immediate judgment, leading to better decision-making and reduced mental clutter.

Goes beneath the behavior to the source. Rather than just teaching “better habits,” this program shifts the inner orientation of individuals and groups—allowing lasting change to emerge naturally.

Reduction in conflict and misunderstanding. Awareness-based dialogue helps untangle tension and support clearer, more honest collaboration.

Restores organizational integrity. This program helps align internal culture, communication, and leadership with the deeper values of the organization—creating integrity that is felt, not just stated.

Scott brings a calm, steady presence to each of his classes. He seamlessly integrates breathwork, movement, and soundscape in ways that are always creative, often challenging, and ever transformative. I come away from each class breathing deeper, thinking clearer, and moving with more ease.

Meet the founders

Together, Rajiv Kapoor and Scott Francis bring over five decades of sustained meditation, retreat, and contemplative work. But just as importantly, they have each spent years inside the systems where people strive, collaborate, struggle, and lead. Rajiv has held senior leadership roles for more than two decades in various organizations, navigating the pressures of growth, change, and team dynamics firsthand. Scott, with a background in architecture and nearly two decades running healing and wellness spaces, understands how environments—physical and relational—shape human experience.

What unites them is not only their long commitment to inner work, but a shared recognition: that workplaces—where most of us spend the majority of our waking lives—can either fragment us or bring us into alignment. They’ve both felt the subtle pain and disconnection that comes from working in teams where communication is unclear, trust is low, and purpose is diluted. They’ve also seen what becomes possible when awareness enters the system—when people begin to observe with clarity, speak with honesty, and listen with care.
